Shipping Policy

Please allow 3 to 7 working days for door-to-door delivery.

Main cities will take between 3 to 5 business days whereas regional locations can take 5 to 7 business days depending on how often the courier visits your area. Should you need express delivery you can email us at info@chicjewellery.co.za to see if we can assist you.

Express delivery may come at an additional fee.
